Abstract Submission

Submit a 200 to 250-word abstract consisting of the following sections:

  • Title of the Paper
  • Name of Author/s
  • Affiliation
  • Email Address
  • Content must contain the following: rationale, objectives, methods, results, and conclusion and recommendations.
  • Keywords

Full Paper Submission

  1. The final paper should follow the prescribed format with the following sections:
    a. Title of the Paper
    b. Name of Author/s
    c. Affiliation
    d. Email Address
    e. Abstract
    f. Keywords
    g. Introduction
    h. Methodology
    i. Results and Discussions
    j. Conclusion
    k. References
  2. Final papers should be submitted on the designated link.
  3. Full paper must be comprised of maximum of 10 pages only (5,000-7,000 words).
  4. All submitted papers will be evaluated for the selection of Best Papers. The evaluation criteria are as follows:

The Best Paper Award recognizes exceptional research among all submitted papers. It honors authors who demonstrate scientific rigor, impactful findings, and outstanding clarity. To celebrate excellence across all specialized fields, the Best Paper Award will be awarded to each conference track. All accepted papers are automatically considered for the award within their designated category.


Oral Research Presentation Guidelines

For Onsite Presenters:

  1. All presenters must strictly adhere to the assigned schedule and designated venue for their session. A printed conference program will be provided upon registration.
  2. Presenters must bring their presentation saved in both a USB flash drive and backup email/cloud storage (Google Drive or OneDrive).
  3. The presentation must be in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF.
  4. The time limit for each presentation is 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
  5. Presenters are encouraged to manage their time wisely and practice to ensure the presentation stays within the time limit.
  6. It is suggested that presenters use 15 to 30 slides. However, the number may vary depending on the content, as long as it fits the time limit.

For Virtual Presenters:

  1. To minimize technical errors and difficulties during the conference, all presentations must be pre-recorded and must be submitted on or before November 22, 2025. Send it through the designated link.
  2. Presenters must be present during the live open forum and question and answer portion.
  3. The video presentation can be made through the OBS Studio program or the PowerPoint program with video.
  4. The time limit for each presentation is 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
  5. It is suggested that presenters use 15 to 30 slides. However, the number may vary depending on the content, as long as it fits the time limit.

Best Presenter will be selected based on the following criteria:
